Hi, I’m Rachel

A heart forward, spirit driven being who deeply values connection and believes that all humans are worthy of and entitled to a safe space to be seen, heard, supported and honored. I have dedicated my entire life to understanding how I can be and offer this to others.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, yoga teacher, reiki master and spiritual guide, I have studied a wide variety of modalities and philosophies that along with my personal life experience, have helped me craft my unique approach to working with my clients. A customized approach tailored exactly to each individual, in each session, meeting them exactly where they are in any given moment of their journey.

I feel so deeply honored to be let into the inner worlds, minds and hearts of my clients and helping to create a sacred space in their lives to connect with themselves and gain clarity on what they need to heal, so they feel empowered to tend to themselves in the way they need to support their growth and expansion and navigate their journey with confidence, connection and grace.

Ways to Work Together…

  • In these 60-minute sessions we dialogue across timelines, past, present and future to gain insight into what makes you, you. We reflect on what has shaped you and brought you to this moment in time. We will feel into how you are experiencing the present and then discern from there what parts, beliefs, patterns you embody that can be released or transformed in the spirit of consciously creating and stepping into the next version of yourself with confidence and grace.

    Sessions are approached from a humanistic, strengths-based foundation and branch out from there to incorporate other therapeutic approaches including EMDR, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. All approaches used are intended to move you forward in your life in the ways you desire.

  • In these 90-minute sessions, couples in any and all stages of their relationship have access to safe place to explore, with honesty and compassion, the needs of each individual and how they can co-create a relationship that is supportive of that.

    These sessions are a playground for refining communication, aligning on values and goals, discerning the progression of the relationship, making life decisions together in consideration of one another, repairing unresolved ruptures and through the process, gaining tools that can be implemented moving forward, in service of the relationship as it continues to evolve.

    In these sessions, both partners have space to have a voice. We challenge and disrupt dysfunctional relational patterns in a loving way and establish new ways of relating that better serve the relationship and each partner in it.

  • Deeper Within sessions are for individuals and for couples. In these sessions we slow things down and allow for more time space to dive a little deeper.

    Generally, because of the way of our world, our nervous systems are overstimulated and we spend more time in a deregulated state than we do a regulated one. When we enter a therapy session from this disregulated place, and with only a short time together, it can create a barrier to going deeper and accessing what is beneath the surface wanting to be tended to. With that, clients often don’t feel quite complete or ready to leave. These sessions were designed to serve as a solution to that.

    These sessions begin with a little time spent sitting with tea, in silence. We use the slowness and quiet to invite you into a receptive and open place. Here you will find a more solid connection to yourself, allowing you to better tune into the whispers deep within you that can be hard to hear otherwise.

    From there we move into reflection and dialogue based on what surfaces from that deeply connected place. And we work with that, just as we would in a regular session.

    The difference being that after our dialogue, we end with an embodied experience to help you integrate and ground. From an attuned place, depending on what you need, this can look like a restorative yoga posture where you have the option to receive reiki, some light breath work, gentle movement or a blend of these practices.

    These sessions are intended to leave you feeling more complete, having tended to all aspects of self - mind, body and spirit - from a truly connected state of being that you can hopefully sustain beyond the session.

    For individuals, these sessions are 90 minutes. For couples, these sessions are 2 hours, with options to extend longer.
